Router Button Won’t Light Up

Every other button on my extender will light up except for the Router one. I set it up with the WPS button and then I tried it by going to th website and neither way worked. I also confirmed that the extender is within range of the router. Very frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas?

    What firmware is on the extender?

    What router are you trying to connect to? I've read of other companies routers having issues adding extenders to them.

    Does your other router have single ssid function? If so, disable it.
