Service Contract for Nighthawk EX8000

Hello,

 

Very oddly my free service contract has expired today and the Nighthawk stopped working almost on cue.

 

No number of attempts to reboot, reconnect, or access support online have been successful - so this is my final attempt to try to contact a human being who might be able to help before completely losing it.

 

It is plugged in, sitting next to the router, but does not connect.

    What are the led's on it doing? 

    Are you trying to connect to it via wifi? Are you trying to connect it to your router? We need a little more clarity on what won't connect. 

    It also has ethernet ports that you can connect a pc/laptop to. 

    Does it work via ethernet? 

    What router are you trying to connect it to? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    have you factory reset it? (pushed and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on) and then redid the setup?

      Following the factory reset - Just three LEDs are lit: position 4,5,7 from left.

      On my laptop - impossible to connect to internet via Netgear EXT - to launch the setup. Each time it says “connected, no internet “

      No Ethernet cable to hand.

      The router is operating normally. There is just no way for me to launch the startup wizard for the extender.
