Slow WiFi speed w/ AC1200 WiFi Adapter.

Have two AC1200s working within 8 ft. of each other.  One is getting 80mb, and one is getting 8 mb.The older desktop Dell is getting 80 mb, and the new Dell w/ Windows 10 is getting 8 MB

Is there anything in Windows 10 that can slow internet speed so much?

Both show that they are up and running w/ good connection.

Using a Netgear AC 1750 wireless router.
