Software update
I'm trying to update the software on my EX2800 range extender. Don't even know if it needs to be updated, but never hurts to try. I have the wireless set up on my HP Chromebook, but Chromebook says the wireless is not connected (but it is!), and when I download the file, Chromebook will not open the file. How do I try to make this file open?

1. try to access it using its ip address (can be found in the routers connected devices page)
2. you don't "open" the file. You download it, extract it, and then that'll get uploaded to the device when you follow the manual update process.

What problem are you having? you need to let us know where in the process its failing.
We need details as "its having problems" doesn't tell us much.
