Software Upgrade forgotten email and password

I have received a notification to upgrade the software on the above device.

 

I am unable to login due to incorrect email and password, despite what my records say. If I do a factopry reset I presume it resets the user name and password to the default, Is this correct? if so what are these please.  Thank You for your help.
