The disc image file is Corrupted
I cannot download the software to get it set up. Getting error code "The disc image file is corrupted" Frusterating that I cannot find chat help or phone help to resolve this.
Connected my laptop to the net gear and went to www.muwifiext.net. Tried to log in with same credentials used to get to this forum and was rejected. "Username and password do not match" clicked on Username &a Password Help and it brings up security questions that I did not set up
Reset the extender to factory settings by pushing the physical button for about 7 seconds. Then try again.
