Trying to register product

Hi there. I'm trying to register the the above mentioned product. I bought it June 17, 2015 and when I look at it via the serial number it seems to show that it has already been registered. Problem is that it's not listed under my profile and every time I've tried to register it I get the notice that it's already registered "by another user". What I'm trying to do is change the settings so that I can make my ssid invisible. I can't seem to access it any other way, not even via the http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com links. What do i do?

                                   Try mywifiext.net to access it's settings.Regarding product registration, send out invoice/bill copy to customer.service@netgear.com with your information so that they will check and register the product under your name upon validation.

      Thanks for the reply. I didn't mention that I also tried going to mywifiext.net but it jsut prompts me to register my product before I can adjust the settings. But thanks for the other suggestion. I'll give it a go and hopefully the registration will be effective and help me along with changing the settings. I'll keep in touch.
