Unable to access ex6150v2

I was trying to update firmware and it locked up and now I cannot gain access to it no matter what I do.  mywifiext website doesnt work - wired/wireless doesnt work. Reset it multiple times.  Any ide...

What error do you get on the nmrpflash setup? theres a faq on their site. 

 

also, is it within warranty?

you could open an RMA cast if it is.

    I get the advertising NMRP server and then just disconnects.  hard to follow directions on site since most are for routers and not extenders. no longer under warranty

      If you can't get tftp/nmrpflash to work, then your device might be bricked. You can try forcing firmware to it through a serial port but that'd require buying parts to do so and finding a guide. not for the faint of heart
