Way to not support your products, Netgear. A reminder of why I stayed away from your products for so long. Your support options are terrible. Apparently, my complementary phone support ended in October and now I have to pay you to call in for your botched firmware update? I can't even send an email or do a live chat, like practically all other sites provide for free? Lame, very lame.
I'm taking this extender into the desert and shooting it to pieces. I'll never buy or recommend a Netgear product ever again.

If possible, I would recommend resetting the unit back to factory default.

No 3-rd party blocking extentions are installed for IE, Firefox or Chrome. The only plugins that are active are Java-related, Google Docs or Adobe Acrobat. I've also tried opening with the browsers in safe mode and no difference. I'll try factory reset once I have a reliable replacement AP in case this is unrecoverable.
