- Apr 28, 2017I think I solved the issue on my own. Updated drivers. Rebooted modem, router and extender. Reset wifi connections on phone. Seems to work. Customers support was very poor. Netgear wanted to sell me a technical support session to a router that was 5 months old. Actually pressured me to purchase a plan and "we can fix anything else on your network." For the price of this extender, I'm very disappointed with the last of support for this product. And what prompted me to post this response was a email I got concerning this thread as noting it was solved. What a joke.
