Unable to connect EX2700-100UKS to VIRGIN MEDIA HUB 3

 EX2700-100UKS N300 Wifi Extender

Tried over and over, had one previously years ago and it worked OK. I'm in UK.

I get the green "power on" light, the green flashing wps light, Press WPS on VIRGIN HUB 3, Wait, eventually the extender goes back to the "power on" green light and thats it. How do you contact support to converse with a living person? I've tried connecting with the "installation assistant" and that didn't work either. Help, And please don't use jargon I am an old man, try to keep it simple.

    Hello DavidJBW - Hard reset the extender by pressing the small black button with a pen or needle and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network.  After you connect to it, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
