Unable to create new account

I'm trying to setup my new deviceon http://www.mywifiext.net/web_login.html but when I fill out all fields (email, password, secret questions) and then click Next nothing happens, there's no error messages or anything, it just stays still, I can click back,and then it goes back to main screen. Could you help me find out what's wrong or what am I doing wrong?

    Do you have an ad blocker installed in the browser? If you do, perhaps disable it.

        Hi poncho_dealba,

         

        Try using another browser without any extensions enabled. Perhaps, even using icognito/private browsing. You can also try using another device.
