Unable to log on to Range Extender

I've just bought it and I thought installation was really easy.  Used WPS function to connect to my router.  

 

But unable to connect any devices to it.  'Incorrect password for' from iPad 

and Security WPA/WPA2 PSK from my phone

 

I've tried Factory Reset on the Extender a couple of times but no joy.

I've also tried signing on to mywifiext.net.  but no joy

I got the NEW EXTENDER SETUP page to create an account, but when I clicked on NEXT nothing happened.  It just stayed on the same page.

 

Anyone help?

    Hello zzzzxxxx

     

    Try another web browser and also make sure pop up blockers are not stopping the set up process and you will want to enter a new password in the extender.
