unable to register product - already registered

Hi , I can seem to access my wifi extender account and when I try to add product to my account it says its already been registered. How can I access it and add it to my account. I did buy it refurbished and my have already beeen used by someone else. But how do i access it and add to my netgear acct. because when I open www.mywifiext.net it just opens user and password login.. and I tried the admin and password but nothing works. help

    There should be a way to click through (or exit) the registration screen (and complete the extender setup).  The details likely vary a bit, depending on the model of the extender that you purchased.
