When selecting a network for my Samsung Smart TV do I select the Netgear extender or 2.4 GHZ?

Question

I want to get the best performance from my Samsung 60" TV b/c I stream movies, use the web browser etc. Comcast is my service provider.

So do I choose the 2.4 GHZ, netgear_EXT, or 5GHZ wifi choice from my tv wireless networks that display?
