Wifi 6e extender for Nighthawk AXE11000 vs wifi 6

Question

Currently looking to extend the above nighthawk router signal to and upstairs office on a double brick house and noticed the flagship netgear compatible extender, the EAX80 is a wifi 6 (not a wifi 6e device).
Am wondering if I should go for a 6e device like the TP-LINK AXE5400 Mesh Wi-Fi 6E Range Extender, even though they both claim 6Gbps in the specs.

That's when you'd see a benefit to using that extender versus the netgear.&nbsp;
the 6ghz band is going to be good but it doesn't broadcast as far or through as much materials.&nbsp;

Planning on getting an Ethernet over coax device (ASUS MA-25 as I can’t find the netgear version which I assume is discontinued).
The EAX80 manual states it can be connected to a wired back haul, but it would be the bottle neck in this scenario:
AXE11000 (2.5Gbe) > MA-25 (2.5Gbe) > EAX80 (1Gbe/wifi 6).

Seems like the nighthawk devices would make for a seamless solution by serving the same SSID for easy device hoping; but it’s unfortunate that it seems like the best way to extend an AXE11000 would be with a second AXE11000.
I don’t know why Netgear aren’t making range extenders with 2.5Gbe and wifi 6e?
