Wifi extender EX3700 keeps dropping 2G at around 2AM and cannot reconnect
Hi, hope someone can help or has heard of something similar.
My Wifi extender EX3700, I use only for the Ring security cam at the back of the house, with the Sky router at the front of house. The Ring camera is the only device connected to the extender and needs 2G (cannot connect to 5G). Every day at 2AM approx the camera loses connection and checking the extender at 8AM when I wake, I cannot connect any devices to 2G. 5G connection works fine, but 2G wont work unless I turn the extender off and back on. I've set the extender to have a static IP to see if that helped and it didn't work. I realise the connections can drop and reconnect, but this is consistant at 2AM and wont reconnect to the router. Any ideas?
ISP:Sky broadband,Router Model ER115, Firmware Version 2.22.2926.R
Netgear Extender: EX3700; Firmware: V1.0.0.90_1.0_59 (updated to latest on 28/07 to see if this fixed the issue, nope)

Did you set it up using wps?
have you tried setting it up using fastlane? (so it dedicates the 5ghz for backhaul)
