WiFi extender upload speed is very slow

Question

My wifi router (rax120) speed is not bad.

download 600 mbps

upload 700 mbps

but my WiFi extender(eax80) upload speed is very slow.

download 400 mbps

upload 60 mbps

I don’t know the reason why.

Is there anyone who can resolve this problem?

Your download is right where we expect it but not your upload.&nbsp;
reason why is the EAX80 is a dual band extender. And it has to use the same channels to go router---extender and extender----device and it can't do both at once. so it cuts throughput in half. so that download is pretty spot on.&nbsp;
Its just the upload that needs working on. It almost seems as if its using the 2.4ghz for the upload.&nbsp;
did you set it up with WPS? Or the installation assistant?
How are you testing speeds?
What speeds do you get hardwired into the extender?
got a copy of the status page?&nbsp;

What device are you testing on?&nbsp;
Have you tried a different device?
Or tried a different speedtest site?
