WiFi Extender will not connect to the Internet
i can't connect my netgear extender to the internet. I tried three times to reset and all I get when I choose the NETGEAR_EXT network is a blank window named "Connect to Netgear".

have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try to set it up again.

With my wifi extender, I reset the it to its factory default twice and upon configuration, it still does not give me internet access when configure (all lights would be on and green)

Make sure you router is using WPA2 security and sometimes you might have to set a static IP for the extender or add the extender to a allow list in the router.
