WiFi extender WN3000RPv3 no Internet service but says it's conneted

Question

Says it's connected but no Internet service through the extender, if I connect my phone to the main router Internet connection works fine, what would cause this device to lose Internet connection on its own?

Have you tried moving the extender or changing the wireless channels?

Had to do a date &nbsp;reset on my PC a week ago,would that cause this issue? if not I will try your sugestions.
