Wifi Range Extender AC750 Ex3110

I cannot get the extender to connect to the router. It is right next to router. I have tried turning it off and on, and resetting both the router and extender. Since it will not connect to the router I cannot get on the website to finish the install. Any suggestions?

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    Check for various troubleshooting tips.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant only. Don't hit the wps button.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
