WiFi range extender EX6120

We installed the AC1200 Dual Band wifi range extender last week and it's worked great. However now it says No Internet connection even though everything has a green light and full bars.

I've turned off and back on but still nothing.

Thoughts on how to correct?

    Hello Shannondolch

     

    You may want to try and factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try setting up the extender again.
