WiFi Range Extender model ex6100v2 dropping internet connection

I am running into the same issue, however now my extender won't/can't recognize my router and i am dead in the water as far as the extender goes. Please advise.

The only way to solve the issue is to physically pull the extender from the outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and then after all the lights come to green, my devices work great .... for that day....come back tomorrow and I have the same issue. The firmware is up to date on the extender. For what it is worth, i have a verizon fios setup and all my other devices connected to the fios router never experience any internet connection problem.....Please HELP!!!!
