Will the EX6100 extend guest network too?

I have a Nighthawk AC1900 Smart Wifi Router. I need to extend both the regular wifi network and the guest wifi. Does one EX6100 allow this, or do I need more than one extender?

    It will work with 1 band from the main and another band from the guest network.

    Example these are your wireless SSID:
    R7000_main2.4
    R7000_main5g

    R7000_guest2.4
    R7000_guest5

    EX6100 can connect these ways:
    1. R7000_main2.4 and R7000_guest5 or
    R7000_main5g and R7000_guest2.4

    2. R7000_main2.4 and R7000_main5g

    3. R7000_guest2.4 and R7000_guest5
