    Your setup doesn't show a router.  You need one to assign IP addresses via DHCP.

     

    PC ---(WiFi)---> NetGear EX2700 ---(Ethernet)--->DPR-1020 ---(USB)---> Printer

                  |
             Router 
     
    Your setup may work without a router provided that the PC or print server are manually configured with static IP address.

    I'm using a router actually, sorry for not showing it in the diagram. Thank you for the enlightment.
