Wireless Printing

Hi Members, I'm experiencing an annoying problem with my EX6120. I have no difficulty in the operation of the PC connected to the extender, but the problems come with the connection of a printer ...

    Hi Shingen, 


    Thank you for confirming. A few more things:

     

    1. Make sure the printer is set to DHCP and not a static IP.

    2. Can the printer be wired to the extender? If so, give that a try and let us know the outcome.

    3. Are there any other devices connected to the extender? If so, are they experiencing any issues?

Hello Shingen, 

 

A couple things:

 

1. Does the printer show up as an attached device on the fastweb modem?

2. If so, can the printer be pinged from the PC?

        DHCP was the problem!
