WN1000RP can not change to new isp

I have changed my isp company but can not connect with my booster. I have poked the reset button, it still reads the id as previous isp company. I assumed it would reset back to netgear, connect then...

Since you have done a reset, you will need to reconfigure the repeater.

See this link on how to do like a fresh install.

By the way, what's the model number of your router?
