WN1000RP no connection

Previous wifi was perfect, now changed to Vodafone home wifi and found it But devices cannot connect to extender. Keeps asking for name and password which I tried many, without luck.
Help please. Thanks

    Unfortunately No connection. 

    i) When shall i press reset factory default with power 'on' or 'off'?

    ii) Ror how long shall i keep reset button pressed?

      You reste the device powered on.. Hold reset for seven seconds, according to the manual - Page 31.

    If you are connecting to a new router, reset the extender to factory default and reconfigure.
