Yes it has established a connection.
Yes that is the security I'm using.
I would assume the router has the Mac Access list since all my devices can connect to the router just with a poor signal. How would I do that for the extender.

Hmm, your original post said that none of your devices will connect. Now, you say that they can connect but with a poor signal. Which one is correct?
And what do you mean by "connect"? Are they successfully joining to the Wi-Fi network? Are they obtaining IP addresses? Are they able to reach the Internet?
See page 55 of the extender manual for information about MAC Access Lists. It's disabled by default, so if you weren't aware that the extender has this feature, then it's probably not on. But if you have enabled this on the router, then there is some extra work you need to do to permit devices connected through the extender to gain access to the Internet. See the answer to question 6 on page of the manual.
