WN2500RP connecting issue

I've installed the Netgear WN2500RP correctly, I see the signal but none of my devices (iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro and Apple TV) will connect.  I enter the password and it just thinks but never connec...

I'm having the same issue here as the prior customer.  Disappointed no resolution was found.

I shouldn't have this much trouble connecting and wish I could call someone.

 

I"ve established connection from my wifi router to the extender using the option 1 method (using the wps buttons).  Using my laptop to connect to the myrouter name _ext_2gext, it connects but says "limited access".  So I have no internet connection via the extender.  Would this be a firm ware issue?

Also used the genie set up process with no success.
