WN2500RPv2 computer can access internet but not ipad or iphone

My computer can connect to the extender and access internet, but both my iphone and ipad can connect to the extender but cannot access internet.

    Hi tgbear,

     

    You can access the router UI to check for the IP address assigned to the extender and use it to access the extender UI and confirm the firmware version.

1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

2. Can the iPad and iPhone go online when connected to the main network?

3. Was it working before?

    Dexter:

     

    1. I'm not sure how to find the firmware version. I will say during my troubleshooting, I restored the extender to factory default settings.

     

    2. Yes, ipad and iphone work fine off main gateway router. They actually can connect to the extender, but not the internet.

     

    3. Yes all were working. NOt sure why just laptop (Win10) only works now.
