WN3000RP install challenges
Trying to install extended to c3000 Netgear router. Can’t get it to work. I can connect client to extender no problem. I can connect extender to router no problem. Just can’t do both at the same time....
Are you wanting to set it up in AP mode or extender mode?
Have you tried setting it up without using WPS?
- Yes i have tried setting it up without wps and i am using it as an extender vs as an access point.
Does it work over ethernet after you complete the setup? Or does that fail also?
Is this a new purchase?
- Not sure i understand your question. I was never able to get the extender work as an extender. If i connected the client side i couldn’t get to the router. If i connected the router side i couldn’t get to the client. Therefore i don’t understand your question about connecting to the Ethernet.
