WN3000RP internet connection issues after firmware update

Hello,

 

I have been successfully using my Universal WiFi Range Extender (Model: WN3000RP) to connect to the internet on my laptop and my cellphone for the last 9 months.  When I updated my firmware recently I am no longer able to connect to the internet through my WiFi extender.  I have tried a factory reset and I have gone through the setup multiple times.  I am able to connect to my WiFi extender (through mywifiext.net) and go through the setup to connect to my home network.  However, I am not able to connect to the internet through my extender.

 

Has anyone experienced any similar issues?

Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?

    Hello anatoli 

     

    Have you tried to revert back to the older firmware to see if the new firmware is the issue?
