WN3000RP No Internet, Secured BT WiFi

Hi, i have had the WN3000RP for 2 years and it has been fine since i switched to BT. Now it says on my devices No Internet, Secured

 

i dont know much about the static stuff that is ioin the other discussions so could i have an easy explanation on how to fix it please

    Hello Ethan11

     

    Have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds and then try to do the setup again.
