WN3000RP not finding my wifi on set up - finding loads of others!

Hi there,

I've been using a WN3000RP for years with a wifi from Sky broadband. I just changed to Virgin, so factory reset the extender and went through the process with the router plugged into my mac via ethernet, but the ONLY wifi signal it isn't registering is MY wifi. And - as you can see I'm online - the wifi is on and strong. Is there a Virgin router problem with this model? Why is my wifi the only wifi it won't find?

    Hello Biddolius

     

    To be clear you can get internet out of the extenders Ethernet port but not the wifi on the unit? also since setting it up with a new router have you told your wireless devices to forget the old extender network?
