Hi
Thanks for the reply.
My new laptop is a Dell XPS 15 (9550) running Window 10 Pro.
Wireless card = Dell Wireless 1830 802.11ac
Driver version = 1.555.0.0, which seems to be the latest version.
I CAN connect directly to my Hub without a problem but when I try to connect via the Extender it shows 'Connected, No internet' against the Extender in the WiFi list. Which logically suggests it can connect to the extender but then cannot gain access to the internet via the Hub the extender is linked to. Obviously Windows 10 is doing something which Windows 7, 8 and Andriod don't do as they all connect without a problem.
I have tried disabling the FireWall and AntiVirus software but this did not make any difference.
A bit frustrating!

Hello StuartBarrett
Try to tell the Laptop to forget the hubs network and the extender network and try to connect again wondering if its sometype of ip conflict that is happening.

Hi Darrren
Thanks for your help so far.
Tried that but no luck. Below are the Properties when conected to the Extender and directly to the hub:
Extender Connection Properties:
SSID: BTHub4-SZ9S_EXT
Protocol: 802.11n
Security type: WPA2-Personal
IPv6 DNS Servers: fec0:0:0:ffff::1%1
fec0:0:0:ffff::2%1
fec0:0:0:ffff::3%1
Manufacturer: Broadcom

Driver version: 1.555.0.0
Physical address: 48-E2-44-F5-5F-5BHub Connection Properties:
SSID: BTHub4-SZ9S
Protocol: 802.11g
Security type: WPA2-Personal
IPv4 address: 192.168.1.125
IPv4 DNS Servers: 192.168.1.254
Manufacturer: Broadcom
Description: Dell Wireless 1830 802.11ac
Driver version: 1.555.0.0
Physical address: 48-E2-44-F5-5F-5BLooks like it is trying to connect to the Extender using IPv6, could this be the problem? If so, how do I force Windows to connect to the Extender using IPv4 ?
Thanks
Stuart

Hi Darren
Unfortunately disabling IPv6 has not resolved the problem.
Any other ideas, short of trying another Extender ?
Thanks
Stuart
