WN3000RPv3 is connected to Internet Router via Ethernet.
Tried connecting PC to NETGEAR_EXT wireless but couldn't even find it among available networks until I disconnected from hardwired Internet ...

1. To confirm, you can't get to the step where you choose whether to setup the device in extender mode or access point mode, correct?
2. Have you tried using another device (another computer, smartphone, tablet)?
3. Have you tried using another browser?
