WN3000RPv3 extender : Different wifi password for the extender and router
How can I add a password to my 5G wifi extender network. My 2 G has a password and I assumed that the 5G would get the same password

The WN3000RPv3 does not broadcast a 5GHz signal since it is a single band device. If you are referring to the 5GHz band of your main wireless router, you may refer to their support.
