WN3000RPv3 Urgent Firmware Update Bug
Was already using firmware V1.0.2.50, says V1.0.2.52 is available, downloaded V1.0.2.52 img, hardwired update, and your V1.0.2.52 is bugged and thinks that it’s V1.0.2.50 still... Around in catch 2...

Hello Netgear community,
I just signed up to let you know that this seems to be a generalized problem, I own more than one WN3000RPv3 (bought in different countries) and all of them are showing the issue.
Please provide a fix, thank you.

The latest release notes https://kb.netgear.com/000053223/WN3000RPv3-Firmware-Version-1-0-2-52 (13 January 2018) indicate a version number bug, but the function is 1.0.2.52. The notes are wrong. The notes state that the version is shown as 1.0.2.54 when installed, whereas it is shown as 1.0.2.50.
I downgraded to 1.0.2.32 then installed the latest 1.0.2.52 from the release notes. It is shown as 1.0.2.50.

This product is still purchasable in the high street stores, this is a 10 second fix and a quick upload?
Sort it out Netgear...hehe.
