The only way i reach the first page of config is via android and firefox accesing via 192.168.1.250 (not my wifiext . net because it doeasnt work) , i choose language (any or auto) and when you press next is says this site can,t be reached and changes to my wifi ext point net, and if i try from a windows 10 chrome you see this. i really tried everything (explorer11, chrome, edge, firefox, opera, and deactivating the security of the browsers) and also trying to connect via lan direct from pc to device, connecting device via lan to router and then try with pc or android, or via wifi connecting to ext_netgear, and always the same result, or i cannot even reach the first page of config or i cannot continue to the next page of netgear config.this is when you try via chrome from pc , it doeesnt even show the language page

Where did 192.168.1.250 come from?
Is it an attached device in your unknown router?
Have you tried this?
One thought is that you could tell Windows that you are on a "private network".
- Network and Internet settings
- Network Status
- Change Connection Properties
- Network Profile
- Private

Just tried after read your message. not working. I tried the same with netgear_ext wifi connection just in case. And nothing, rejects the connection. I also tried to see if windows 10 was giving me a random mac but its not the case. So i dont know the reason why the first page of netgear config (langiage) is only shown in android and firefox browser.

192.168.1.250 came from netgear FAQ , Troubleshooting. They said that is the local ip of the device, and it is because it redirects automaticly to mywifiext dot net.

It is the other way round.
mywifiext dot net tries to connect to the true default IP address of the extender. That's the 192.168.1.250 you fed it.
There are times when the extender gives itself a different IP address, perhaps because it sees a router with an IP address that it does not expect.
If the router does not show the extender as an attached device, the wifi from the WN3100RP will also have its own IP address.
Who knows if this has anything to do with being blocked when you try to get in with the your browser? It is just another thing to look at.
