WN3500RP - Extender won't connect to new router

AT&T Uverse, replaced our router.  I cannot get my N600 to connect to the new router.  I have tried WPS and manual.  I could not connect to mywifiext.net. I checked Netgear's website and tried to install the most recent firmware update, but could not download it.  I have Windows 10.

    Reset the extender to factory defaults by pushing the reset button for 8 to 10 seconds, then set it up from scratch.
