12 digit serial number - can't register.

Question

In other threads it says this problem is solved ... but it appears solved means nobody has an answer before the thread times out.

The problem is that my wireless AP has a 12 digit serial number and the registration process requires a 13 digit serial number. If anyone has a solution, please respond.

I suggest that you contact our customer care team at customer.service@netgear.com.

Give them all your details for registration and also a copy of the receipt.
