About to buy first WiFi 6 router

Trying to choose between some options that are locally available today, as my existing router needs replacement and the house needs to be used as a home office tomorrow.

Currently considering Netgear Nighthawk AX4 AX3000 and ASUS - Wireless-AX3000.

Anyone got some crucial insights into which would better?
