AC 1200 R6220 Router Installation issues
I am trying to create an "open dns account" to open up parent controls. I got my username and password in there but when I click the Login button, it says "action failed, try again" I cant get past this, and tried to create another account but cant. what do I do? This process of hooking up this router has been taking wayyyyy too long and is not simple. Please help. Thanks

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Have you tried going through the setup using another device (another computer, smartphone, tablet) via the Genie app?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?
4. Are you using an OpenDNS account that already exists?
5. Please make sure you follow the steps linked below.
