The extender network does not accept the router password&nbsp;&nbsp;

You have the EX6110?What firmware is on it?&nbsp;What router are connecting it to?&nbsp;Are you setting it up using wps or using the installation wizard?&nbsp;You posted in the router section and not the extender section. do you have a netgear router as well?

&nbsp;yes it's EX6110&nbsp;No idea what firmware (don't know what that is)!&nbsp;Router: provided by Utility Warehouse - on the back it says technicolor DWA0120&nbsp;Tried both for set up&nbsp;Do not have a Netgear router.&nbsp;I tried moving the extender back closer to the router and it connected for a mili second and then disconnected........?&nbsp;

Try factory resetting the EX6110 and reinstalling it 1 more using the installation assistant.

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the extender is powered on.

then use the installation assistant.

Thanks, but can't - the reset button appears to be missing!!&nbsp; (and I can't find the receipt to return it)!!! Argh..............
