AC1750 Ethernet ports 1 and 2 not working
The 1 and 2 ethernet ports on my R6400 have an amber light instead of the white light. They were both white at one time and I did not change the devices connected to them. I can unplug the eithernet cords and plug them into the 3 and 4 ports and the lights are white and everything is fine. What could be the issue with my 1 and 2 ports?
Hi Traz,
An amber port light indicates that the devices connecting are using a 10/100Mbps connection. Please check the status on the router UI by navigating to Advanced > Advanced Home > Internet Port box > Show statistics and check the LAN speeds.
