Access Router RAX200 via Browser
My router IP is 192.168.1.1 but I can't access this through browsers (tried multiple browsers across multiple pc's) and even tried to delete browser history and use routerlogin.net and .com all don't get anywhere leaving the browser screen not updated (no error displays etc).
I can access the router using nighthawk app on iphone and ipad but suspect that this is by back in through the internet rather than direct into the router using the wifi connection
All very confusing. I have also rebooted the router - all to no avail

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is on the router?

The router is connected to a BT Modem connected to the broadband circuit
Version: 1.0.3.102
Which Bt Modem?
some have their own integrated routers which cause a double nat.

disconnect the modem from the router, reboot the router, then try the routerlogin address
If that doesn't work, open a command prompt and type ipconfig
the default gateway would be the ip address.
