admin password recovery
R6220 All I am unable to obtain my admin login information. I am having a hard time with my teenager and I need to change the wifi password.

If you're unable to use the password recovery (or didn't set it up), then you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
Have you tried the default settings. See the label on the thing.
