No more than 200 USD.
Brick walls make it a challenge as brick blocks wifi well.
For a single router solution, I'd recommend the R7800 or XR500
For mesh solutions, you can find the renewed RBK43 system at times for around that price.
If you're looking at wifi 6 and under $200 (harder to do) then you're looking at the rax40 or a MK60 system (with only 1 satellite)
