C3700 has all lights green except the power
i’ve had my internet for 2 years already and recently it started to keep every light green except for the power light, it stayed red. to fix this we powered it off and left it alone for a while and it would fix on its own, yesterday it happened again but this time it stood like that, the lights are green but the power light is red, i’ve disconnected it and powered it off and i disconnected the internet cable, but nothing is working, i can’t even connect to the internet because it’s not showing up, i’ve tried going on the website to see if i can try something to fix it but i can’t, it won’t let me. Now i got a Internet box that doesn’t work and i can’t do anything about it, i’ve tried the hold the power and disconnect it and hold it, i even left it disconnected for a whole night and still nothing is working, i’m running out of ideas, i’ve tried to call technical support but i can’t even get a hold of someone. I own a C3700 N600 WiFi Cable Modem Router. if anybody knows how to fix this please let me know.

Try this.
disconnect the coax from the modem and all ethernet cords.
push and hold reset for 30 seconds while its still powered on.
power it off and continue to hold reset for 30 seconds.
power it back on while still holding reset for 30 more seconds.
so in total, you'll hold reset for 90 seconds.
again, make sure the coax cable and ethernet cables are disconnected during that process.
After its over, reconnect coax and reboot the c3700
- AngelLucaterooAspirantI held the reset button with a needle for 30 seconds with the Coax cable and Ethernet cables off while it’s on and then turn it off with the button on the back and held the reset button and did another 30 seconds with the box off and then turned it back on and reconnected the coax but nothing happened, when it was on it was doing the same thing, all lights were green except the power, it was still red.
Tends to indicate a hardware failure.
Are you still within warranty?
Have you checked with your isp to see if they can see it and reprovision it?
